Note:
The investigation into trochanteric bursitis and gluteal tendinopathy resulted in the determination of Statements of Principles for two separate conditions 'trochanteric bursitis' and 'gluteal tendinopathy'. 

The investigation into shin splints resulted in the determination of Statements of Principles for two separate conditions 'medial tibial stress syndrome (shin splints)' and 'chronic exertional compartment syndrome of the lower leg'.
